About
Liverpool Hope University
Liverpool Hope University is an approved apprenticeship training provider offering Level 6 degree apprenticeships that combine full-time employment with higher-level study. Through its Apprenticeship Hub, the university works in partnership with local and national employers to develop programmes aligned with Skills England apprenticeship standards, ensuring apprentices gain a full bachelor’s degree alongside role-specific skills. Current and planned provision focuses on professional pathways in social work, youth work, teaching and physiotherapy, with programmes designed to meet both academic requirements and sector regulatory expectations where applicable. Apprentices are employed in relevant roles, with tuition costs funded by employers and government (subject to eligibility), and receive paid off-the-job training time for university teaching, study and assessment activities. Learners benefit from access to Liverpool Hope’s campus facilities, services and a dedicated sector-qualified Skills Coach who supports progress and coordinates with workplace mentors. For employers, the university offers a collaborative approach to shaping programmes, tailored support from a Business Development Manager and the Apprenticeship Hub team, and opportunities to build workforce capability while addressing skills gaps in key regional sectors.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
