Weydon Multi Academy Trust

About
Weydon Multi Academy Trust
Weydon Multi Academy Trust (WMAT) is a multi‑academy trust based in Farnham, Surrey, with its registered office at Weydon School. The Trust currently comprises thirteen schools, including six mainstream secondary academies, five special schools and two primary schools, serving communities across southwest Surrey, northeast Hampshire and north Sussex. WMAT’s stated vision is to inspire a community of learners across all of its schools, sharing good practice from different contexts to raise standards and performance. The Trust emphasises providing an inspiring educational experience that exceeds students’ expectations and supports a happy and fulfilled life. Its schools are described as oversubscribed and collectively educate approximately 7,000 students with around 700 staff members. WMAT highlights strong staff development, a challenging and inspiring curriculum, and an extensive range of educational activities including sport, the arts, and enrichment such as the Duke of Edinburgh Award and international travel. The Trust website also signposts to associated teacher training initiatives such as the i2i Teaching Partnership SCITT and Innovation Teacher Training. While WMAT is listed on the government apprenticeship training provider register, its own website does not provide specific, detailed information about apprenticeship standards or programmes; therefore, its apprenticeship offer cannot be described in detail from the Trust website alone.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
