ANS is a UK-based technology company that delivers an Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ apprenticeship programme through its in-house ANS Academy. Their primary apprenticeship offer is a Level 3 Information Communication Technician programme with two specialist pathways: Digital Cloud Technician and Connectivity Technician. Apprentices train on cutting-edge cloud and connectivity technologies from day one, learning alongside experienced engineers and receiving structured mentoring and support from a dedicated training team led by former teachers. Training is delivered entirely in-house, supported by the Bud platform to track progress and structure learning. ANS emphasises a balance of work, life and learning, offering apprentices the same company benefits as other employees, along with scaling salaries, social events and side-by-side experience with technical experts. The programme has a 100% pass rate, a 77% distinction rate, and has seen 215 apprentices graduate in the last 10 years. ANS has been recognised as one of the Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers and positions its apprenticeships as a route into long-term roles and progression within the business.
