Their offer combines employment with structured training, enabling apprentices to gain recognised qualifications while they work and to build experience that employers value. Apprentices and employers can access a Masterclass Series delivered by world-class riders and coaches, which Ofsted has recognised as ‘best practice’ in training. The programme also offers opportunities to ride and care for performance horses in the UK and abroad, training towards coaching and coaching qualifications, residential placements, and comprehensive careers advice and guidance within the horse industry. Stubbing Court Training emphasises understanding the needs of both young people and employers, high standards of service, and creating opportunities that inspire, motivate and encourage excellence.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
