Spectrum Training Services is a Birmingham-based training provider specialising in motor vehicle and automotive-related skills development. Their programmes are delivered by experienced professionals and subject matter experts, using interactive and engaging methods to help learners apply new knowledge in real-world settings. The organisation focuses on creating a collaborative learning environment and sees learning as a continuous journey, supporting both individuals and employers to build capability over the long term. Training is delivered from a dedicated facility with all courses 100% City & Guilds approved, and is designed to serve a range of industries and skill levels. Provision includes DVSA-approved MOT training (such as MOT tester courses, MOT managers, MOT CPD and annual assessments, demonstration tests, refreshers and compliance), as well as Level 2 and 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair and Level 1–4 Hybrid and Electric Vehicle courses. Spectrum also offers pathways for experienced industry professionals to become motor vehicle tutors and assessors, including PTLLS, CAVA and IQA courses. Additional current and planned provision covers automotive, personal skills and green sector courses, with options for both new entrants and existing staff looking to upskill.
