Simply Academy were amazing for all my staff, Lilly, Hollie and Grace all did their training through these guys and were second to none, we had the best tutor Darren McDonnell went out his way and over and beyond in my eyes to help us, we had to move one of the girls mid apprenticeship and it all went well and smooth and always on hand to help.

I decided to take on my first ever apprentice and shopped around for providers, I found Simply Academy and after discussing with several other providers I liked the friendliness and what they could offer . I have been really pleased with the guidance they have provided me as a new client as well as the support they have given my apprentice. They are friendly , helpful and really care about looking after us as well as achieving shared goals. My apprentice has now passed CEmap 1 on her first attempt and is about to embark on 2 & 3. I would highly recommend Simply Academy they have made my decision to take on an apprentice so much easier, and it is something I would in the future look to do again should the business warrant it . I have found them so good that I have taken some of their tips into the work place which other staff members have benefitted from . We have been working closely now with Simply Academy for the last couple of years and all I can say is the service they provide is amazing. Mark and Paul provide huge support to the Direct Mortgages department and our apprentices. We are quite specific how we give advice here at the Coventry offering an on demand service to our customers and Simply academy also help support us to achieve this with their flexible availability. The programs we have alongside Simply created are bespoke for all of our individual apprentices which is what makes the plan and academy work so well.
Simply offer coaches who support or individuals who are massively supportive and always available if needed. Communication is key with our apprenticeship providers we have regular meetings with the coaches and with the company director Mark to make sure we are all on track and happy. Couldn't ask for any more from Simply Academy they are fantastic.
