Resolve

Resolve is a UK-wide community safety organisation that provides training and professional development for those working to tackle antisocial behaviour (ASB) and related community safety issues. Through its training offer, Resolve delivers professional and accredited courses across a broad variety of community safety topics, aimed at frontline practitioners in housing, local authorities, the police and other community safety roles. Its programmes range from entry-level courses to specialist masterclasses, many of which are CPD-accredited so that hours count towards personal and professional development plans. Resolve also works with Community Safety Professionals Training Ltd (CSPT), its registered BTEC centre, to offer Pearson-approved BTEC qualifications from Level 1 to Level 5, specifically designed for staff in the ASB and community safety sector. These qualifications blend technical and practical learning to build the knowledge and skills practitioners need to be effective in their roles. In addition to open courses, Resolve designs and delivers tailored in-house training, delivered online or in person, to align content with an organisation’s policies, procedures and staff skill levels. The organisation also highlights its role in providing the ASB Apprenticeship and other learning and development opportunities as part of a wider mission to professionalise the community safety sector and improve outcomes for residents.
