Pro Business Edge is a UK-based training provider dedicated to delivering high quality, engaging training to businesses across the United Kingdom, with a focus on improving productivity and compliance with HSE regulations. The organisation provides accredited and bespoke training programmes, working with employers to design provision that equips both organisations and individuals for current and future needs. Its apprenticeship offer includes the Youth Support Worker Level 3 apprenticeship, delivered in partnership with its associated charity, Your EDGE, by a team of experienced higher education lecturers and youth workers. This programme combines theory and practice to develop reflective practitioners and uses a blend of face-to-face, classroom-based, practical, online and observational learning tailored to apprentices and employer requirements. In addition to apprenticeships, Pro Business Edge delivers a broad range of face-to-face courses such as First Aid, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Conflict Management, Safeguarding and Manual Handling, alongside online CPD training suites in Health and Safety, Business Skills and Health & Social Care. The provider also offers Continuing Professional Development activities aimed at improving the skills of those working with children, young people, vulnerable adults and families.
