About
Made Tech
Made Tech is a UK-based digital, data and technology consultancy that offers an 18‑month software-focused apprenticeship programme alongside its wider technology services. The apprenticeship is designed for people starting, changing or returning to a career in tech, and focuses on helping apprentices sharpen their programming skills and learn to deliver high-quality software in a commercial environment. Apprentices work towards an accredited Level 4 DevOps apprenticeship, developing both technical software engineering capability and person‑centred skills while gaining hands‑on experience on real client projects. The programme blends structured learning days, pair working, regular retrospectives, show-and-tell sessions, coaching through a growth programme, access to conferences and meetups, and an O’Reilly online learning subscription to support continuous development. Apprentices are employed full‑time at Made Tech, earn a salary with a defined pay uplift after 12 months, and on successful completion gain a nationally recognised Level 4 DevOps qualification and a clear progression pathway within the company. Made Tech positions this programme as part of its mission to help organisations make a positive impact through technology by building new engineering talent capable of delivering modern digital services.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
