LI Europe

LI Europe is a manufacturing-focused consultancy and apprenticeship training provider that helps factories become high-performing, lean operations. Through its LI Factory Excellence (LI:FE) offer, the organisation delivers government-funded continuous improvement apprenticeships in England, aligned to the Improvement Technician, Improvement Practitioner and Improvement Specialist standards. These programmes are designed to upskill existing staff in areas such as factory performance, efficiency, waste reduction and operational excellence, supported by e-portfolio learning, monthly development coach meetings, project days and regular sponsor reviews. Over the last 18 years, the business has supported more than 120 factories and trained over 1,500 factory staff, including employees in major manufacturers such as Cadbury, Weetabix and Reckitt Benckiser. In addition to apprenticeships, LI Europe provides factory diagnostics, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) measurement, training, practicising support, consulting and private equity advisory services, all focused on improving cost, throughput and reliability. Recognised as an Investors in People Gold employer and listed on the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers, LI Europe positions its training and apprenticeship provision as a practical, results-based route to sustainable factory improvement for employers across the manufacturing sector.
