Intelligencia Training

Intelligencia Training is a specialist apprenticeship provider focused on higher-level programmes for the UK’s Protective Services sector. The organisation designs and delivers apprenticeships that build critical capability in Intelligence, Counter Fraud, Cyber Security, Youth Justice and Anti-Social Behaviour/Community Safety. Their provision emphasises developing sector-relevant knowledge, skills and behaviours to increase capability, confidence and self‑awareness across a wide range of working environments. Intelligencia Training has been involved in intelligence apprenticeships since their inception in 2013 and was selected as the key education partner supporting the employer group that developed the Intelligence Analyst Standard. The provider reports over 200 years of combined intelligence and risk experience within its team, which is applied to training, coaching and developing apprentices so they can add value in their respective sectors. Apprenticeship delivery includes relevant pathways, immersive learning using realistic scenarios, bespoke content tailored to sector and role, and use of e‑learning systems to give apprentices, employers and regulators full visibility of progression and funding compliance. Intelligencia Training highlights a strong learner success rate, Ofsted ‘Good’ rating, ‘Excellent’ employer and apprentice ratings, and its position as a key partner in its subject sectors.
