Hipster Group provides specialist apprenticeship training in hairdressing and barbering from its dedicated training facility in Walsall town centre. Trading from a site formerly known as Peter Pyne Training, the organisation focuses on high-quality, employment-based programmes funded by the Education and Skills Funding Agency, including Level 2 Hairdressing and Level 2 Barbering apprenticeships leading to City & Guilds Diplomas for Hair Professionals. Apprentices are supported by a team of highly qualified tutors with extensive industry experience who offer tailored support to both learners and employers. The training centre includes a modern commercial training salon and a dedicated theory area, with quiet spaces for one-to-one and individualised learning support. In addition to apprenticeships, Hipster Group offers privately funded, fast-track full NVQ City & Guilds courses at Levels 2 and 3 in hairdressing and barbering for individuals who are unable to secure an apprenticeship or who wish to qualify as quickly as possible. The town centre location provides easy access via multiple transport options, and the organisation invites enquiries from employers and prospective learners about training and apprenticeships.
