Academy for Project Management (Academy4PM) is a specialist project management organisation that delivers apprenticeships, professional training and end-point assessment services focused on project, programme and portfolio management. Its Associate Project Manager (Level 4) apprenticeship is a work-based programme delivered within a full‑time job, combining on- and off‑the‑job training to build project management knowledge, skills and behaviours while adding immediate value in the workplace. Academy4PM acts as a Main Training Provider and delivers tailored, face‑to‑face and blended learning led by expert practitioners, without outsourcing any part of its on‑programme delivery or end‑point assessment. The organisation also provides wider project management training and qualifications at foundation, knowledge, practitioner and expert levels for individuals, teams and organisations in operational, managerial and strategic roles. In addition, Academy4PM operates as an End‑Point Assessment Organisation, offering transparent, cost‑effective assessment services using APM‑certified assessors, with options for face‑to‑face or video‑based assessment. Through its national and international network of project professionals, the organisation supports employers to identify workforce needs, design apprenticeship pathways and provide ongoing feedback and support throughout the apprentice journey.
