What you can expect

  • Cohort coordination, not advertising. We use aggregated interest to shape cohort size, sector mix, and timing — then connect interested employers to vetted delivery partners.
  • No paid placement. Delivery partners are selected on quality criteria (achievement rate, satisfaction, relevant delivery experience, August-2026 subcontracting compliance), not on advertising spend with FATP.
  • Programme design support available separately. If you need help designing the cohort programme itself rather than just finding a delivery partner, that's a separate conversation with Alex Lockey outside the FATP directory.
