About
United Colleges Group
United Colleges Group is a London-based further education group formed on 1 August 2017 through the merger of City of Westminster College and the College of North West London. It brings together a complementary curriculum and significant sector experience across four campuses, working with students, employers, government and community partners to support progression into careers, further and higher education, and skills development. The Group retains City of Westminster College and the College of North West London as individual colleges, while centrally using shared expertise to enhance systems, processes and operational efficiencies. Both colleges are rated “Good” by Ofsted and deliver a broad range of education and training, which includes vocational routes and work-related learning designed to meet employer and labour market needs. United Colleges Group also incorporates the Cockpit Theatre as part of its offer. Through its group structure and strategic leadership team, the organisation aims to provide high-quality, responsive provision that enables thousands of learners to reach their goals and supports employers in developing the skills of their workforce.

Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
