Tyneside Training Services (TTS) is a specialist transport and logistics training provider that has been delivering HGV and driver training solutions across the North East since 1969. The organisation offers government-funded apprenticeships in sectors such as transport, logistics, leadership and business administration, designed for both new entrants and existing staff who want to develop their skills. Apprenticeship pathways include LGV Driver C+E, Urban Driver, Supply Chain Warehouse Operative, Supply Chain Operator, Customer Service Practitioner, Team Leader or Supervisor, Transport and Warehousing Operations Supervisor, Supply Chain Practitioner, Business Administrator and Customer Service Specialist, with an emphasis on practical, job-focused learning led by industry professionals. Alongside apprenticeships, TTS provides a broad commercial course offer including lorry and bus licences, forklift licences, B+E trailer towing, Driver CPC, ADR dangerous goods training, Transport Manager CPC, first aid, fire safety and funded Skills Bootcamps for HGV progression. TTS also supports learners and employers through an in-house recruitment team, finance and funding options, and a bespoke e-learning platform, including white-labelled online training and CPD qualifications.
