Call of the Wild is an independently owned company providing professional leadership and management development programmes to businesses and organisations across the UK. Established in 1998, they design and deliver bespoke courses focused on developing skills and behaviours that have a direct impact back in the workplace. Their services include management training, leadership development, team building, coaching and talent development for apprentices and graduates, as well as Level 4–7 accredited qualifications and fully funded apprenticeships. Programmes are delivered through a blended approach using experiential and online learning, with options to run courses at their training centre in the Brecon Beacons National Park, at client sites nationwide, or online. They also offer online courses and webinars, health and safety and first aid training, mental resilience training, and a Women in Leadership Programme.
