About
The Education and Skills Partnership
The Education and Skills Partnership is a national training and education provider specialising in apprenticeships and government-funded training for the telecoms, retail, supply chain, health and government sectors. It develops apprenticeship programmes and qualifications designed to help businesses upskill new and existing staff, and to support individuals to progress in their careers. ESP offers over 20 apprenticeship standards from entry level through to senior and leadership roles, with delivery tailored to each employer through face-to-face, online or blended learning. Provision spans pre-employment support, apprenticeships, short courses, European Social Fund–supported programmes and learner recruitment. The organisation also delivers sector-specific apprenticeships in areas such as telecommunications and plant operations and works with both levy-paying and non-levy employers, helping them access and manage available funding. Rated Grade 2 ‘Good’ by Ofsted, ESP emphasises bespoke training plans aligned to business needs, progress monitoring for learners, and a strong focus on practical, work-based skills development.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
