Its apprenticeship provision is designed to help employers recruit new talent or upskill existing staff, with programmes spanning sectors such as professional services, construction, engineering, IT services and more. For employers, the College’s Business Engagement Team offers a training needs analysis, a dedicated account manager, free recruitment for new apprentices, and support in using apprenticeship standards to upskill the workforce, along with guidance on funding and the apprenticeship levy. Beyond apprenticeships, the College delivers basic skills in English, maths and employability, as well as a wide range of technical, vocational and higher education courses aimed at supporting progression into work or further study, underpinned by its vision to be the technical and professional college of choice for the region.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
