About
Quality of Care
Quality of Care is an accredited training company that supports care providers with both workforce development and business resilience, with a strong focus on the adult social care sector. Through QoC Training, they offer care-specific courses, apprenticeships and business training such as leadership, management and strategy. Their apprenticeship provision currently covers the Level 2 Adult Care Worker and Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker standards, delivered alongside functional skills, career advice and guidance, interpersonal skills development and additional enrichment training days. Apprentices complete their programmes while working, attending scheduled training days supported by dedicated trainers and assessors. In addition to apprenticeships, Quality of Care provides a range of Diplomas in Adult Care (Levels 2–5, including Leadership & Management in Adult Care) and care-specific training courses such as dementia awareness, safeguarding, moving and handling, information governance and GDPR, fire safety and other mandatory and specialist subjects. They are accredited by awarding organisations including iCQ and Qualsafe, and position their training as a core part of helping care businesses maintain high-quality services and a strong operational foundation. Their broader offer (QoC Business) includes financial tools and training to help providers build financially sustainable care businesses, complementing their learning and development services for care staff and leaders.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
