Early Years Alliance

About
Early Years Alliance
Early Years Alliance is a national educational charity and membership body that also delivers accredited training and apprenticeships for the early years workforce. Its apprenticeship programmes focus on developing the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to work with young children, combining on-the-job experience with structured study towards Ofsted-recognised qualifications. The Alliance currently offers the Level 2 Early Years Practitioner and Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship standards, including practical training, end-point assessment and, where required, functional skills in English and maths. Apprenticeships are suitable both for new entrants working alongside experienced staff and for existing employees who need formal training to fulfil their roles. Beyond apprenticeships, Early Years Alliance provides a wide portfolio of early years qualifications from Level 2 to Level 5, specialist awards such as home-based childcare, SENCo and working with babies, as well as online training, virtual learning and networking events, in-house training packages, paediatric first aid and experience-based route support. These services are designed to help early years providers raise quality, meet regulatory requirements and support staff development across nurseries, pre-schools, childminding and other childcare settings.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
