NSCG offers a wide range of academic, vocational and apprenticeship qualifications from entry to degree level, with over 8,000 learners on full-time, part-time, higher education and apprenticeship programmes. Apprenticeships are delivered in partnership with around 850 employers across Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, Shropshire and Cheshire, enabling learners to earn a wage while gaining technical and practical skills and a nationally recognised qualification. Apprenticeship routes span Intermediate (Level 2), Advanced (Level 3) and Higher Apprenticeships (Levels 4–5), broadly equivalent to GCSEs, A Levels and foundation degree-level study. Employers and learners are supported by NSCG’s Apprenticeship Hub, a free service offering guidance on securing an apprenticeship, CV writing, interview preparation and employment advice. In addition to apprenticeships, NSCG provides A Levels, vocational programmes, T Levels, higher education courses, adult learning and specialist sports and enrichment opportunities, underpinned by learner support services designed to help individuals achieve their goals.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
