McArthur Dean Training

About
McArthur Dean Training
McArthur Dean Training is an apprenticeship and skills provider based in Hull and Scunthorpe, offering work-based training that leads to nationally recognised qualifications. Through its apprenticeship programmes, the organisation combines paid employment with structured training and end-point assessment, delivered in partnership with employers. Apprenticeships are available for new entrants and existing staff from age 16 upwards and typically take 1 to 4 years to complete, depending on level. McArthur Dean delivers apprenticeship standards in Business Administration (Level 3), Accounts (Levels 2, 3 and 4), Customer Service (Levels 2 and 3), Management (Levels 3 and 5) and HR Support (Level 3). Programmes are designed to support those taking their first career steps, seeking progression, or needing formal training to underpin workplace skills, and include Functional Skills in English, maths and, where relevant, IT as part of the apprenticeship. In addition to apprenticeships, McArthur Dean offers a ‘Step up! Study Programme’ for individuals who are not yet ready for an apprenticeship and provides access to online courses via a partner platform. The provider emphasises guidance on next steps after an apprenticeship, including progression to higher and degree apprenticeships or other higher education routes, and works closely with learners and employers to support career development.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
