LMP Group

LMP Group is an education-focused organisation that delivers apprenticeships and skills programmes to employers, schools and individuals across the UK. Through its training arm, LMP Education, it offers apprenticeship training in three main areas: Teaching and Early Years, Finance, and Business & Professional Services. These programmes support both new talent and existing staff, including specialist pathways such as a market‑leading Teaching Assistant Development Programme and a Level 5 Specialist Teaching Assistant apprenticeship. LMP Education is rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted and has been recognised as Best Training Provider 2024/25 at the RateMyApprenticeship awards. In addition to apprenticeships, LMP Group provides short courses for adults through its Adult Education Budget provision, focused on employability skills and continued professional development, as well as funded training programmes and staff upskilling and reskilling offers.
