Learnmore is a female-founded, UK-wide training provider established in 2012 to develop skills and talent within organisations and help people become the best version of themselves. The organisation delivers a broad portfolio of work-based apprenticeship programmes from Level 2 to Level 7, including standards such as Team Leader, Operations Manager, Senior Leader, HR Support, People Professional (HR), Learning and Development Practitioner, Learning and Development Consultant Business Partner, Coaching Professional, Facilities Management Supervisor, Facilities Manager, Production Chef, Hospitality Manager, and specialist Women in Leadership pathways at Levels 3, 5 and 7. Apprenticeships typically range from 12 to 24 months and combine on-the-job learning with structured workshops, a personal coach, online learning platforms, and planned off‑the‑job training. Learnmore also supports apprentices with functional skills in English and maths and offers additional support for learners with diverse or additional learning needs. Learnmore partners with FranklinCovey, enabling them to embed recognised leadership and effectiveness content, such as “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People®”, within programmes to create tailored development journeys for apprentices and their employers.
