About
Learning for Excellence
Learning for Excellence is a Sunderland-based training provider established in January 2016 that focuses on developing individuals and organisations through high-quality training programmes. The provider delivers apprenticeship programmes aligned to the New Apprenticeship Standards, currently offering Adult Care Worker Level 2, Lead Adult Care Worker Level 3 and Care, Leadership and Management Level 5. Apprentices receive support to achieve their qualifications and End Point Assessments, including guidance from a dedicated assessor who mentors them and works closely with employers to ensure operational and organisational requirements are met. Learning for Excellence works with a select group of employers, both local and national, aiming to integrate with each organisation’s team and minimise disruption by delivering learning in small groups or one-to-one. Beyond apprenticeships, the organisation offers funded short-course programmes, recruitment services, distance learning opportunities and bespoke commercial training packages tailored to employers’ needs. The provider has established strong national relationships, particularly in the health and social care sector, and supports employers and learners across the North East of England with an evolving portfolio designed to improve performance, staff retention and ongoing CPD.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
