About
Dudley College of Technology
Dudley College of Technology is a large further and higher education provider offering extensive apprenticeship and skills training to employers and individuals across the West Midlands and beyond. Each year the college enrols around 12,000 learners on approximately 4,000 academic and vocational programmes, including apprenticeships, A Levels, T Levels and adult skills-based courses. Its apprenticeship provision spans entry to higher levels and is delivered through specialist centres such as the Construction Apprenticeship Training Centre and advanced manufacturing and engineering facilities, supporting both new recruits and existing staff to gain nationally recognised qualifications while working. The college works with hundreds of businesses and public sector organisations to design programmes that address workforce skills needs, providing apprenticeships and CPD short courses in areas such as management and office roles, engineering and manufacturing, construction technologies, and healthcare. Employers are supported through dedicated guidance and service agreements, and benefit from the college’s strong track record of apprenticeship progression to higher and degree-level programmes. In addition to apprenticeships, Dudley College offers a wide range of part-time and higher education courses to help adults upskill, retrain, or progress in their careers, underpinned by industry-standard facilities and close links to local and regional employers.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
