About
Credit Services Association
Credit Services Association (CSA) is the UK’s national trade association for organisations active in the debt collection and debt purchase industry, and also operates as an award‑winning learning and development specialist and Approved Apprenticeship Training Provider. Through its CSA Learning arm, it supports member firms and employers in wider sectors to train, improve and assess their workforces in specialist areas including credit, collections, compliance and counter‑fraud. CSA Learning’s mission is to ensure professionals in these industries have access to up‑to‑date, high‑quality training and development opportunities. In addition to apprenticeships, CSA offers the Collector Accreditation Initiative (CAI), an online assessment that tests debt collectors’ knowledge and understanding of compliance to help firms mitigate regulatory risks and uphold the CSA Code of Practice. The Collections Learning Initiative (CLI) provides flexible, virtual training materials designed to upskill collections staff at all levels with content tailored to individual and business needs. Together, these programmes allow employers to develop staff competence, demonstrate adherence to industry standards, and support continuous professional development in regulated credit and collections environments.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
