The organisation delivers both apprenticeship programmes and a wide range of short and long-term technical courses, including City & Guilds Diplomas in refrigeration, air-conditioning and heat pump systems (6090-21 and 6090-31), apprenticeship and end-point assessment provision (6090-51), NVQs, F-gas training (2079), hydrocarbon refrigerants (6187-21) and 18th Edition wiring regulations e-learning (2382). Apprentices typically follow a three-year programme leading to a Level 3 apprenticeship certificate, with integrated qualifications such as 6090-21, 6090-31 and 2079-11 F-gas. Channicool offers a full apprenticeship service from initial assessment through to end-point assessment, and can support employers with recruitment by advertising roles and carrying out initial interviews. All instructors are qualified teachers and assessors with over 20 years’ industry experience, and class sizes on short courses are kept small to maximise one-to-one tuition. The provider emphasises high-quality, affordable training designed to produce highly competent, motivated technicians who become valuable assets to their employers.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
