Rated Good by Ofsted and recognised as Strong for meeting regional skills needs, the college delivers over 40 apprenticeship programmes across sectors including business and management, catering and hospitality, childcare and early years, construction, engineering, hair and beauty, IT and digital, logistics and warehousing, motor vehicle, and marketing and events. Apprenticeships are designed for new recruits or existing staff and combine employment with college-based learning, supported by industry-standard workshops, studios and salons. CRC works with more than 1,000 employers locally, regionally and nationally and is rated the number one apprenticeship provider in the region for employer satisfaction. In addition to apprenticeships, the college offers 16+ full-time vocational courses, higher education programmes, adult professional training and qualifications, online learning, skills bootcamps, and fully funded Level 3 courses, as well as workforce training and development, green technology and retrofit training, and ESOL for business.
