Through its “Apprenticeships and qualifications” offer, Seetec provides work-based training that combines practical experience with recognised qualifications, enabling individuals to gain skills while working alongside industry professionals. Apprenticeship opportunities span management, professional services, and transport, logistics and aviation, with programmes available from Level 2 to Level 5. Current standards include roles such as Business Administrator, Customer Service Practitioner and Specialist, Associate Project Manager, Employability Practitioner, aviation ground roles, LGV driver, freight forwarding specialist and various credit control pathways, with delivery across regions in England. Seetec also supports employers with advice on using the apprenticeship levy and other funding options to develop their workforce. Beyond apprenticeships, Seetec delivers community and training programmes, disability services, health and wellbeing support, jobsearch support, and specialist provision through its social enterprise Pluss, helping people overcome barriers to work. Founded in 1984 and now employee-owned, Seetec works with government departments and other partners to provide inclusive training and employment services that improve lives and support economic and social value.
