Reed Learning

About
Reed Learning
Reed Learning, part of the Reed group, delivers government‑approved apprenticeships designed to help levy‑paying organisations develop staff while they work towards industry-standard qualifications. Its apprenticeship offer focuses on Human Resources, Learning & Development, Accountancy and Leadership & Management, with programmes mapped to current apprenticeship standards and aligned to Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) requirements. Reed Learning supports employers through the full apprenticeship lifecycle: designing and implementing tailored programmes, supporting recruitment and selection (including an apprentice diagnostic process), delivering training and functional skills, preparing apprentices for end‑point assessment and selecting appropriate assessment providers. Each apprentice receives a dedicated tutor, and employers benefit from a dedicated account manager, admin support and an online learning environment to monitor progress and provide feedback. Programmes are structured for individuals, small groups or large cohorts, and are available to apprentices employed by organisations that pay into the apprenticeship levy. In addition to apprenticeships, Reed Learning offers a wider portfolio of professional qualifications, in‑company training, executive coaching, managed learning services, graduate programmes and eLearning, enabling organisations to integrate apprenticeships within a broader learning and development strategy.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
