Prospect Training Services

Prospect Training Services (PTS) is an established independent training provider with over 20 years’ experience delivering education, skills and employability programmes to young people and adults. The organisation offers a wide range of courses designed to support progression into employment, apprenticeships or further education, with flexibility to tailor programmes to learner and employer needs. For young people, PTS delivers pre‑16 “Inspire” provision in partnership with schools and home-educating families, as well as post‑16 study programmes including functional skills in maths and English, business administration and construction-based work placements, often linked to work experience opportunities. For adults who are unemployed and aged 18–65, PTS provides employability and training programmes, including the Work and Health Programme and Restart, focused on building job-entry skills and supporting people with physical or mental health conditions back into sustained work. PTS is also a Functional Skills Test Centre and offers construction-related training and testing leading to the CSCS Green Labourer Card via its Pearson VUE approved testing centre. The provider works with a range of funding and oversight bodies, including the European Social Fund and the Department for Work and Pensions, and holds several quality accreditations such as the Matrix Quality Standard and Disability Confident Employer status.
