North of England Training is a specialist provider of childcare and education apprenticeships, working with employers of all sizes and individuals seeking to build careers in early years, education and care. Established in 2008, the organisation focuses on helping apprentices and businesses thrive by delivering carefully designed programmes that develop highly valued employees who make a real difference in their workplace. Apprenticeship provision spans Levels 2 to 5, including Early Years Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Teaching Assistant, Team Leader/Supervisor, Children Young People and Families Practitioner (residential care pathway), Early Years Lead Practitioner and Children Young People and Families Manager. Programmes are typically delivered through a mixture of online and onsite learning, with a minimum of 6 hours per week off-the-job training and clearly defined end-point assessments. North of England Training also provides structured, accredited information, advice and guidance (IAG), including initial discussions on goals, regular progress reviews every 10–12 weeks, and support with next steps into further study or employment. Their IAG services are accredited to the Matrix Standard, reflecting a commitment to high-quality guidance for apprentices and employers.
