About
Thrive
The Thrive Approach provides apprenticeship and training programmes focused on improving attendance, behaviour and mental health in schools. They offer levy-funded wellbeing apprenticeships for early years educators, classroom support staff and school leaders based in England, delivered as work-based programmes such as the Level 5 Wellbeing Specialist Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship and the Level 5 Wellbeing Leadership Apprenticeship. These programmes are designed for experienced support staff, teachers and aspiring leaders who want to build expertise in social and emotional support and in strategically implementing the Thrive Approach within classes, departments or whole settings. Alongside apprenticeships, Thrive delivers live online training led by experts with extensive experience of working with children and young people aged 0–25, including Licensed Practitioner courses for childhood (3–11) and adolescence (11–25). Thrive also provides the Thrive-Online software and tools such as My Thrive Scan™ to assess pupil wellbeing, create targeted action plans and measure impact over time. Working with individual schools, multi-academy trusts, local authorities and other organisations, Thrive combines training and software to support whole-school approaches to social, emotional and mental health and to help children and young people fulfil their potential.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
