Type of training provider
There are four types of training provider:
A National Provider is a training provider that is able to offer apprenticeship training in any location across England. Some national providers might also offer training in the devolved nations, i.e. Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
An FE college is a state-funded provider that can offer a broad range of training options in a particular location to a range of employers.
A Specialist Provider is a training provider that is not state-funded and tends to offer training in specialist sectors or locations.
Universities offer training for Degree Apprenticeships or Higher Apprenticeships, sometimes running specialist courses for apprentices on a particular standard.
Here at Oxford Applied Training, we provide apprenticeships - both levy and non levy across a range of programmes such as Leadership and Management, IT and digital apprenticeships.
Our apprenticeships help you create an environment which encourages diverse thinking, self-motivation and autonomy in action. Companies who are thriving are always the ones who empower staff and facilitate access to new skills relevant to our age.
We want to support your business strategy by helping you access government funded training. We have developed a blended learning approach that makes full use of technology to minimise the disruption of day to-day business activities while maintaining substantial human contact through our skills coaches to ensure consistent quality of the user experience and support.
Both the design and delivery of all our apprenticeships are based on our Digital First blended learning approach that makes full use of technology to minimise the disruption of day-to-day business activities while maintaining substantial human contact to ensure consistent quality and provide the support needed to your apprentices.
We will show you how post Covid19 innovative apprenticeships can help you catch up on lost time and power ahead of the competition.
You can also find out more here about the apprenticeship programmes we offer, our Digital First approach and our quality standards and commitment to apprentices and employers.

Apprenticeship Standards offered
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers—experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
